Alex Lin specializes in multifamily investments representing clients in the San Gabriel Valley.
Prior to joining The Apartment Dealer, Alex initiated his real estate career at NAI NorCal in the Oakland/Berkeley East Bay Market, where he successfully completed transactions totaling over $50M in multifamily and retail properties. In recognition of his achievements, Alex was honored with the title of the 2021 Investment Advisor of the Year.
Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Santa Clara University. Following his graduation, he worked at VMware, a Fortune 500 software company, serving as a financial analyst.
